A: Our inks are as good as original inks in quality, but we can't mix inks with other ink brands, including original inks (if you're not sure how to use, please contact us), and don't mix inks with other materials, mixing may Causes a reaction between the two inks, settling, and then clogging.

2.Q: How to confirm which ink should I buy?

A: Please check the following 2 points:

①What is the brand and model of your printer and print head;

②What material do you want to print on.

3.Q: Is your ink clogging the inkjet head?

A: Chameleon ink adopts German grinding equipment, the pigment grinding fineness reaches nanometer level, advanced formula, long-term use will not clog the inkjet head.

4.Q: Is your ink harmful to health?

A: At the beginning of the research and development of our ink, health is listed as the most important indicator, and the formula is advanced and environmentally friendly. We have RoHS and SDS test reports, the ink has no peculiar smell and is harmless to human body.

5.Q: How long is the shelf life of the ink?

A: Under the right temperature, unopened Chameleon ink can be stored for 12 months without deterioration, which is also the official commitment clause in the Chameleon after-sales guidelines.

6.Q: What certifications do you have for your inks?

A: We currently have SGS RoHS test report, MSDS and transportation safety appraisal report, if you have other needs, please let us know.

7.Q: How to order?

A: Please tell us the products you need to buy, we will issue an invoice (PI) for you. After you confirm the payment, we will ship the goods for you.
