In the last paragraph, the book said that "if you accumulate for 1 year, 5 years, or 10 years, then the progress will be extremely impressive, and in the end, you will be able to obtain amazingly creative and fruitful results."

I think innovation is a fast way to progress. But some people are stupid and unable to innovate.

As long as you persist in doing it, one year, five years, or ten years, there will always be results, which is bigger than the gap of doing nothing.

When the desire for the goal is strong enough, it can generate the power to continue forward.   ----Joyce

After readind it, my feeling is that whether it is work or life, when you need to achieve something, you must have a strong desire, and then do it step by step .

First of all, you must have this thought. After coming to Guangzhou, my wish was to settle down in this city. Even with an ordinary salary every month, and with this wish, my husband and I are willing to do a good job step by step, and are willing to work hard towards this goal.

I think these two chapters by Mr. Kazuo Inamori speak of a spirit of continuous progress, which is worth learning.

The first time I saw  "innovation", I felt that it was very big.

If one thing wants to achieve results all at once, it is difficult. But by accumulating day by day and breaking through a little bit every day, it becomes simple.

But if we do one thing, we don’t think about this innovation thing, we just do it repeatedly. When there is no innovative idea, we will stop there.

When there is innovation, when we go a little bit forward, we just do it. We will keep improving.

Epilogue

Sometimes people who work hard, steadfastly, and continue to work hard will have doubts: "What can I achieve if I continue to do this?"

In the darkness of the sea, five fingers out of sight, there is no lighthouse, no starlight, no way to confirm the direction, but perseverance every day and innovation are the compass to a successful destination.

Apart from having a "strong desire" and a spirit of "innovation and persistence" at work, what else is worth learning?
