Why do you say that work is to sharpen your mind and soul? Why can't we grow in our work?

I remember the first time I handled the customs clearance of customers' goods, I was at a loss. Suddenly, I realized that I needed not only to calm down, but also to give customers firm confidence and help them solve their problems.

It is precisely because I have encountered so many such difficulties and setbacks that they have trained me to be calm. And I can still be calm when encountering those things now and continue to derive the ability to solve problems.

As the book says, do we work hard just to get food and pay? In fact, it is not the case. We work hard in order to live a happy life. It is only superficial material satisfaction, and we have to get better and better in our minds, which is the real meaning of work.

In January 2016, when the company presented Kazuo Inamori's book to me, I was on vacation.

I want to relax and find myself through vacation. But I still finished reading this book.

It is precisely because of this book and the company's platform that I moved from initial purchase to finance and then to sales.
